Exec Chairman & Co-Founder
Stephen is the Founder of OVO, the UK’s leading greentech company. Since launching in 2009, OVO has grown to serve more than 1.5m customers in the UK and Germany, with a vision for clean, affordable energy for everyone. Stephen was named Entrepreneur of the Year at The Telegraph National Business Awards in 2014, and in 2019 OVO was confirmed as a UK Unicorn.
One of the principles on which Stephen built OVO was to establish a company culture which excelled in harnessing and developing talent. He was instrumental in the conceptualisation and development of Just3Things in order to embed the transparent culture and align the goals of empowered teams to the company strategy
CEO & Co-Founder
Kim joined OVO Energy in 2012 when the team were 50 strong. As Chief People Officer she led the organisational design project to move from a traditional hierarchy to a network of teams, and when she could not find a piece of software to help to embed this way of working, hired a small software team and went about building her own. Just3Things made a huge difference to OVO, increasing productivity by over 10% and helping the organisation move from 52nd to 20th in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work survey. In Winter 2019, Just3Things span out as a separate business, and is now working with a wide range of clients globally.
Prior to OVO Kim was a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, consulting globally with organisations including HSBC, Virgin Atlantic and Novartis. She holds a BSc in Psychology from Bristol University and a MSc in Occupational Psychology from University of Cardiff.
Non Executive Director
Barry O’Reilly is the author of two international bestsellers Unlearn: Let Go of Past Success to Achieve Extraordinary Results, and Lean Enterprise: How High Performance Organizations Innovate at Scale—included in the Eric Ries series, and a Harvard Business Review must read for CEOs and business leaders. He is an internationally sought-after speaker, frequent writer and contributor to The Economist, Strategy+Business, and MIT Sloan Management Review and faculty at Singularity University.
Barry joined Just3Things as an Advisor as he is incredibly excited about using the platform to embed the conditions required for innovation, agility and delivery of customer outcomes within enterprise organisations.

Tima has spent over a decade working in software, focused on growing revenue, building strong client relationships and growing brand awareness through various marketing channels. Opting for startup and fast-growth companies, Tima has a wealth of experience in identifying client requirements and translating that into commercial strategy that delivers positive results for both the customer and the business.
Principal Software Developer
George Crawford started his career as a professional classical violinist and although he still performs occasionally, he made the switch in 2011 to become a software engineer.
Working initially at the Financial Times, he became a lead developer of offline-capable web apps for both the FT and The Economist, lauded for their use of emerging web technologies. Now a Principal Developer at just3things, George is fascinated by a huge variety of disciplines, from user experience, accessibility and performance, through to software architecture and design, distributed cloud infrastructure and continuous integration. George looks after team productivity, ensuring we have the best tools for the job and that everything is working smoothly.
Principal Software Engineer
Jon has over 20 years experience building successful web products. He previously co-founded Mitingu, an event management platform, as well as a web agency and has worked with clients such as SuperDry, Tag Aviation, Standard Bank, BarclayCard, & TDK.
Jon was the first engineer to join Just3things and has played a strategic technical role from the start.
